In the evening after the stressful day, there is little time to relax: Dinner with the business partners is still to come or the presentation is to be held the next day in the meeting. In this article, we will tell you how you can do some fitness exercises despite little time. We spoke to Melody Sports’ personal trainer, who gave us many valuable tips on how to keep fit and active as a business traveler with the help of a few tricks. The good news is that all tips and exercises can be easily integrated into your day-to-day business. Just try it!

Furthermore, the room equipment can be an important factor. Also, make sure that you get a room with a bathtub.

TIP 2: FIND OUT ABOUT THE HOTEL ENVIRONMENT AND TRANSPORT OPTIONS

The location of the hotel is extremely important to make your business trip as stress-free as possible. Short distances between the hotel and the business meeting during the business trip reduce the upcoming stress and are a good way for you to get more exercise in your everyday life. Whether it is a walk after the meeting to the hotel or a short ride on a rental bike for dinner: this exercise is good for you and keeps you fit on your business trip. Please inform yourself beforehand about the traffic routes. Also, find out whether you can rent bicycles in the hotel or in the immediate vicinity. This stimulates the circulation in the morning and makes you fit for a good start to the day!

If you like walking, there are hotels in a city park, on the outskirts of the city with a forest or on the beach promenade. But this location is also ideal for walks so that you can switch off even better after work.

A thin fitness mat fits rolled up in almost any luggage and makes training easier for you with your own body weight.
